航天专项工程投资估算是航天专项工程管理的重要环节.为了提高航天专项工程投资估算的准确性与合理性,对航天专项工程投资估算模型进行研究.在对航天专项工程投资分析基础上,应用工程统计法的原理,建立基于工作分解结构的航天专项工程投资估算模型,并提出分系统建设其他费用的分摊方法和总投资的修正模型,最后总结分析模型的优缺点.
