Application of compound equal load distribution method in rough rolling schedule

Based on the feature of hot strip rough rolling zone, a compound equal load distribution methods is developed) in which multiple algorithm is used to distribute load of the rougher mill. The total pass number is calculated by the outer level iteration and the equal load function values of thickness and width are alternately calculated by the inner level iteration, finally, a optimized schedule is obtained. Thereafter, an application example of this method is introduced and analyzed which testifies its compatibility and flexibility for on-line process control system.
