Study on counter-flooding calculation and decision making model of ship

The technique of automation of damage control command of ship has been paid high attention to by the navy in the world. The effect of decision making of damage control command of ship is determined by the counter-flooding calculation model and decision-making model, so it becomes one of the important research aspects in the ship security field at home and abroad in recent years. In most previous work, there are some problems, for example, the counter-flooding calculation is very complex and convergence is not confirmed, the decision-making methods have obvious subjectivity etc. In view of these facts, this paper makes deep researches on counter-flooding calculation and decision-making model of ship. Firstly, based on unsinkablility theory and numerical analysis, limited partial derivative Newton method to calculate unsinkability parameters is represented, which can eliminate the defects appear in existing methods. Secondly, based on expert system and multiple criteria decision-making theory, the decision-making model of optimizing the counter-flooding projects of ship is established. Three kinds of assessment methods are chosen to evaluate and optimize the counter-flooding projects of ship synthetically and the subjectivity of single assessment method is overcome. Thirdly, the simulation validation of some ship is given and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are testified by comparison with the design information. The research results can better improve damage control command of ship accurately and timely.
