Developments of the speaker-style infrasonic generator

This paper proposed a novel speaker-style infrasonic generator, while in closed capsule which could generate single frequency infrasound with frequency range from 0.05 to 20 Hz, the maximum sound level would be 146dB. In the open field, the source could produce infrasound similarly to single frequency infrasound with sound level above 80dB while the measure distance was larger than 9 meters. Experiments showed that the new facility could satisfy the study of infrasound.
