Investigation on new type of titanium plate hook

A titanium plate hook for the electrolytic industry was manufactured successfully adopting a precision casting process and a style of an integral linking structure. A lot of difficult problems appearing during manufacturing were settled. The linking states of Ti-Cu interfaces were examed by metallographic observation. Some influences on the electric conductivity strength and plate life were analyzed and discussed in detail.
