Abstract
以BaTiO3为基,以Y2O3作为主要施主掺杂物,研究了钒取代钇和钒取代锰时对材料的PTC效应的作用.测试了试样的阻温特性,观察了试样的显微结构.结果表明:V2O5为弱施主掺杂物,有促进半导化的作用;适量添加V2O5可以降低室温电阻率和提高温度系数.
