Abstract
Effect of the heat treatment on the mechanical properties of Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-Si-X alloy was discussed. The results show that the reasonable heat treatment process is 930°C/30 min AC+540°C/8 h AC and 930°C/30 min AC+560°C/8 h AC. Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-Si-X alloy and Ti-622225 alloy had a same level of KIC.
