麻黄成分的分离及其中非麻黄碱部分溶栓作用的研究

Abstract
目的将麻黄总提物分为麻黄碱和非麻黄碱两部分,并试验非麻黄碱部分的溶栓作用.方法用氯仿萃取分离麻黄碱与非麻黄碱部分,氯化铁局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型进行溶栓作用研究.结果非麻黄碱部分具有与麻黄碱部分及盐酸麻黄碱对照品溶液相当的溶栓作用.结论非麻黄碱部分可能含有显示麻黄整体药效的有效成分.
