本研究将碳纳米管安装到原子力显微镜的标准硅探针上,制备了碳纳米管原子力显微镜针尖,运用其对生物样品进行高分辨率的成像研究,成功地获得了DNA的精细结构和G型免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin-G, IgG)的Y形结构,这用传统的原子力显微镜针尖是无法获得的.
