Both two groups were examined by MMADD and functional independent measurement (FIM) before and after treatment. Results: After 6-week rehabilitation therapy, the scores in FIM of both two groups were increased, which were 82.45 ± 17.49 in the physiological nursing group and 71.71 ± 15.56 in the control group, and there were significant differences (t = 3.244, P < 0.01); the scores in MMADD of the psychological nursing group were decreased with significant difference from the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Psychological nursing is obviously effective in the recovery of PSD patients. It plays an important role in increasing the self-confidence and improving rehabilitation of PSD patients.
