寰椎横韧带结节的形态学资料对颈髓损伤的应用意义

Abstract
目的:为寰椎横韧带损伤的诊断和治疗提供解剖学资料.方法:用游标卡尺测量了51例寰椎,确定寰椎横韧带结节与其周围骨性结构间距离的正常值.结果:在侧块内侧缘51例寰椎双侧均存在单一的结节,供寰椎横韧带附着,结节表面光滑.横韧带结节间距离是(16.1±1.8)mm;两侧结节与齿突关节面之间的夹角是(93.7±9.8)°.总体看来,各测量值是恒定的.结论:寰椎横韧带结节的形态学资料有助于横韧带损伤的诊断和治疗.
