离体培养条件下神经生长因子对毛囊的影响

Abstract
目的观察神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)对离体培养条件下的人头皮毛囊生长的影响.方法在离体人头皮毛囊培养模型中,加入100 μg·L-1的NGF,测量毛囊长度的变化以及24 h DNA合成率.结果目镜测微器观测100μg·L-1的NGF与125 mg·L-1的米诺地尔一样能明显地促进游离的人头皮毛囊生长(P<0.05),尤以前8 d较为明显;3H-TdR掺入检测的DNA合成率亦明显增高.结论100μg·L-1的NGF对游离的人头皮毛囊的生长有促进作用.
