摘要
This article concerns the experimental study of separating Cr(VI) using emulsions made with trioctylamine (TOA) as the carrier, Span-80 as surfactant and kerosene as the membrane solvent. We have determined that the operation conditions, such as internal phase concentrations, external phase pH, the amount of carrier, the speed and time of membrane making and membrane internal ratio and emulsion water ratio, affect the removal rate of Cr(VI). The experimental results show that the emulsion liquid, made with the mixture of TOA, Span-80 and ceresin wax using high intensity stirring and the external water phase mix well together with low-speed stirring. The membrane phase absorbs Cr(VI) and gives good results separating enriched Cr(VI) through extraction. The removal rate of Cr(VI) can reach 96.63%.
