Abstract
根据非挥发逻辑的概念,分析了非挥发逻辑必须满足的条件.根据逻辑状态在电路中存在的形式与2T/2C FeRAM单元结构的相似性,得出了基于铁电电容的铁电非挥发逻辑的基本原理.以非挥发CMOS D触发器为例,对非挥发D触发器单元及其外围电路进行了设计和仿真,给出了基于铁电电容的非挥发逻辑实现的方法.最后,提出了非挥发FPGA的概念,为非挥发逻辑在数字系统中的应用提供了原型.
