Abstract
目的制定阿托伐他汀钙的含量,并对其中降解产物进行控制.方法采用毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)以0.03 mol*L-1 的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH8.5)做运行液,运行电压:16 kV(运行电流:90～100 μA);进样时间:10 s;检测波长214 nm;并以磺胺醋酰钠为内标.结果阿托伐他汀钙在0.05～0.50 mg*mL-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为r=0.999 9.平均回收率为100.63%(n=5),RSD为0.77%.阿托伐他汀钙与降解产物分离良好.结论本方法简便、快速、准确.
