四研头超精加工小球机理分析

Abstract
为了加工高精度小球,研制了倒置式正四面体结构的研磨机.建立了小球加工时的动力学解析模型,并结合Matlab软件模拟的结果,深入分析了球与4研头之间的运动关系以及研头直径与加工覆盖面等之间的关系,探讨了加工精度随摩擦力矩、球的旋转轴变化的情况.同时进行了实验研究,结果表明: 该结构适用于小球超精加工,加工后小球圆度可达0.02 μm, 表面粗糙度可达Ra=0.5 nm, 完善工艺后精度还能进一步提高.
