Abstract
目的:观察六月雪的抑菌作用及其急性毒性.方法:用平板测定法检测六月雪的抑菌作用,并测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC).急性毒性实验用小鼠以口服给药测定最大耐受量(MTD).结果:六月雪对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌均有较强的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度均为1.25%,最低杀菌浓度分别为2.5%,1.25%.急性毒性实验表明该物质的最大耐受量大于40 g/kg.结论:六月雪有明显的抑菌作用,它属于低毒或无毒物质.
