Facilitation techniques with sticking of needle treatment of limb dyskinesia in 40 case of stroke

Objective To observe the effect of limb dyskinesia due to sticking of the needle.Method 40 patients of stroke with limb dyskinesia were treated with facilitation techniques by acupuncture as a study group and another 40 stroke patients were treated with acupuncture at Yangming channel mainly as a control.The effects of myodynania,muscular tone and neurological deficit were observed after treatment.The marks of Fugl Meyer and ADL were adopted.Results All indexes showed that there were significant differences between two grous(P< 0.05). Conclusion The facilitation technique with sticking of needle has a good effect for improving the abnormal pattern of limb dyskinesia.
