ZL108合金淬火敏感性的研究

Abstract
考察了ZL108合金在不同淬火速率下的综合机械性能,研究了合金的淬火敏感性,并初步确定了该合金较佳的淬火速率.实验结果表明:合金的屈服强度σ0.2与淬火速率δ′的对数值之间存在着线性关系,σ0.2=48.99log(δ′)+226.6(MPa).当淬火速率由0.7℃/s升高至33.7℃/s,合金的抗拉强度σb、伸长率δ5以及断裂吸收功E上升;而当淬火速率继续升高至63.5℃/s时,σb,δ5和E明显降低.在60℃水中淬火,即淬火速率为33.7℃/s时,ZL108合金的综合性能较好.
