膨润土活化处理及其与碱性紫作用机理的研究

Abstract
钙基膨润土通过酸活化、热活化、TiCl4活化、羟基铝和AlCl3活化,对碱性紫染料溶液进行处理,发现用TiCl4和AlCl3活化的膨润土对碱性紫染料脱色率分别达到89%和98%以上,比原土脱色率显著提高;通过X射线分析发现: TiCl4和AlCl3活化的膨润土具有较大层间距,而且吸附性能明显提高.改性膨润土吸附碱性紫溶液时主要是通过阳离子交换作用和染料分子与膨润土颗粒发生共沉淀作用.
