Abstract
用常规方法对兰考泡桐苗木顶芽水分变化特征研究表明,兰考泡桐苗木顶芽与侧芽和与枝条相比,具有较强的保水力;顶芽RWC在入冬前后下降幅度较大,与旬平均低温呈显著正相关;侧芽RWC与枝条RWC较顶芽RWC与枝条RWC为相关.水分胁迫可能是兰考泡桐苗木顶芽死亡的原因之一.此外,对不同条件下兰考泡桐苗木顶芽和顶端苗干不同条件下的失水速率,与顶芽有关的物候等问题进行了探讨.
