Abstract
通过 HZ-B串列加速器用 18MeV质子研究了 Zr-Sn-Nb合金的辐照效应 . 结果表明 , 经 1.53× 1014cm- 2注量的质子辐照后 , 辐照产生的缺陷使样品的显微硬度升高导致辐照硬化 ; 断口分析发现辐照后在样品的一端韧窝明显变小出现脆化现象 , 被认为是由于质子辐照离子化损伤产生在其射程的末端 - - 与 TRIM96程序计算的结果一致 .
