Abstract
探讨注射用硫酸依替米星治疗急性细菌感染性疾病的临床疗效及安全性.50例急性细菌感染的患者,硫酸依替米星每次200mg,qd,疗程5～10d,其中4例联合使用其它抗生素.记录患者症状、体征、辅助检查的变化.结果单独使用硫酸依替米星治疗急性细菌感染的有效率为95.65%,治愈率为82.61%,不良反应率为4.35%.结论硫酸依替米星对各部位的感染均有较好的临床疗效,安全性高.
