Abstract
Method of beam quality and principle of laser beam analyzer were generally described. Based on the definition of light diffraction limit, in measurement choosing a light spot diameter was specially emphasized for improving light quality. The results of 1.2-1.6 diffraction limits in a supersonic COIL with UR-90 cavity were given and the errors were discussed.
