The resonant absorption effects and chaos characters of the laser-DNA molecule interaction were studied by quantum mechanics and nonlinear theory. The nonlinear characteristics of laser-DNA molecule interaction were discussed. The DNA system is of a soliton movement state (in order) when the system is under no laser, the DNA system may turn soliton state into chaos state (disorder) when it is acted on by laser, and genetic mutagenesis is caused.
