摘要
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy with attenuated total reflectance was applied to the simultaneous determination of sorbose and sorbitol in aqueous solution. Artificial neural network was used to resolve the severe overlap of infrared spectra in the characteristic region. This method has been proved with the satisfactory results for the determination of sorbose and sorbitol in the standard samples and fermentation broth.
