Abstract

Foilless diode was designed, which was expected to produce 1MV 20ns annular pulsed electron beam, at current of over 10kA. The static numerical simulation of foil less diode was presented, in which a completely self-consistent solution was obtained. A code was developed to analyses the designed foilless diode and the results were discussed.
