Abstract
By using ABC and SABC method of immunohistochemical double staining, We can observe two kinds of collagen in the same paraffin section simultaneously. The product of reaction is colourful, which is easy to compare. The method is suitable for observing the distribution and quantity of collagen in the same tissue slice especially. It is useful for comparing observations.
