Abstract
The formulas for calculating the magnetic field of permanent magnet and the integral equation for calculating the magnetic field of wrought iron magnet of the hybrid wiggler were derived, and which were used to calculate the magnetic field distributions of two configurations (one-direction focusing, and two-direction focusing) whose wavelength �� w=1.6cm, gap between magnets g=0.5cm. The numerical calculation results show that under the condition of g/�� w=3, the peak magnetic field of new hybrid wiggler is in excess of 1T which already exceeds the quota in designing.
