Operator training simulator used in the Chinese power system

In Chinese power system, there are four Operator Training Simulators (OTS) now three of them are completed by Tsinghua University. This paper describes the research works on the dynamical part of these three power system OTS, and which covers: the hardware configuration; mathematical model and calculation method; the relationship between dynamic stability program and other programs in the OTS; the difference between dynamical part of OTS and ordinary dynamical program; the Transputer used in the OTS.
