Abstract
The fluorescence enhancement of aesculin and aesculetine by forming inclusion complexes with -cyclodextrin was utilized for the determination of their contents in frainus chinensis roxb. The linear range of determination, the detection limit and the average recovery of aesculin and aesculetine are 210-8810-6 g/L and 210-9810-6 g/L, 3. 78 10-10 and 5. 510-11 g/L, and 96. 6% and 96. 8%, respectively.
