High performance capillary electrophoresis as monitor for determination of stability of di(2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro) pyrimidinenucleosidephosphates to snake venom phosphodiesterase
ACTA CHIMICA SINICA(1996)
Abstract
High performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) has been used as monitor for the determination of stability of di(2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro)cytidine phosphate and di(2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro)uridine phosphate to snake venom phosphodiesterase (SVPDE), This seems to be a good method for monitoring the enzymatic reactions of moderate reaction rate.
