The preparation of hydrodynamic balanced system of cinnarizine capsules

Hydrodynamic balanced system of cinnarizine capsules were prepared, and their floating capability, releasing property and stability were tested. In artificial gastric juice, these capsules could float up to 8 hours, and drug released slowly. The rate of drug releasing was accelerated by adding lactose or PVP. Floating capability and drug dissolution rate were not significantly changed after storing up to 18 months under room temperature.
