Midget iron and steel integral production line

The midget iron and steel integral production line composed of box type sintering machine, full oxygen blast furnace, DC electric arc furnace and horizontal continuous casting machine was introduced. In this production mode, the key problem that conventional steelmaking process must be supplied with molten metal from blast furnace was solved by adopting the decarbonization of granular pig iron. The mechanization of sintering process was realized, and the problem for selecting blooming device was solved as well.
