Abstract
In this paper, the method of using electric circuit to carry out real-time pseudo-color image processing is introduced, this design method breakes through the traditional limit that it must depend on software to bring about pseudo-color image processing. By converting black-and-white video signal into digital signal and coding, the functional relationship between brightness and color is established, i.e. by coding any grey level is defined as a special color, and the color will vary continuously with the continuous variation of greylevel, then composite color television signal is composed by color coder, so pseudo-color image can be displayed directly on color TV screen. This design not only has a simple structure, but also realizes real-time image pseudo-color processing. The resolution of human eyes would be improved effectively.
