Abstract
The callus of Yunnan rice DR453 was treated with He-Ne laser in difference conditions. The results show that when the time is 25 minutes, the green plantlet rate is the highest, when the time is changed into 30 minutes, the green plantlet rate is down. The laser has the effect of exciting the activity and also the killing effect on the callus.
