Research in coal gas to air mixing ratio control system for semi-coke oven based on fuzzy-PID

The control of the coal gas to air mixing ratio in semi-coke oven is characterized by strong disturbance and varying with time. For this reason, a coal gas to air mixing ratio control system based on fuzzy-PID algorithm is developed. It rapidly adjusts the coal gas to air mixing ratio through the control of the rotate speed of blower. Production running shows that the system realizes the high precision control of the coal gas to air mixing ratio, which is important significance to improving the quality and production efficiency of semi-coke product.
