压力负载条件下滑片泵流量损失机理数值模拟研究

Abstract
该文基于计算流体力学和有限元数值模拟方法,建立了滑片泵数值模拟模型,对滑片泵在压力负载条件下流量损失机理进行了数值模拟研究.研究结果表明:六滑片泵在三腔吸液三腔排液有压力负载工况时,吸液腔与排液腔之间存在很大的压差,且相邻的吸液腔与排液腔之间只有一个滑片密封,该滑片与定子之间的间隙出现漏液,在排液腔出口出现局部回流,导致流量损失;六滑片泵在二腔吸液与二腔排液有压力负载工况时,相邻的吸液腔与排液腔之间存在一个过渡腔,相当于设置了双滑片密封,没有发生漏液与回流现象;压差对滑片泵流量影响很大,滑片泵流量随压差增大下降明显.数值模拟结果与室内实验结果一致.
