Influence on mice micro circulation and blood serum spectrum characteristic induced by light sources of different type and power

Previous studies have shown that various kinds of influences will be created by light irradiation, including retinal damage, changes of inner index and so on. However, the influences on micro circulation and blood serum spectrum characteristic induced by light sources of different types and powers are not clear. This study was designed to evaluate the various influences between different types and powers of light irradiation on organism. The micro images of the mice auricle were recorded and the characteristics of serum absorption spectrums were analyzed. The result appears to be that the monochromatic light of low power could improve the micro circulation of organism, but cell damages will be induced when the light power is high. Polychromatic light of low power makes less harmful effect, but high power of this kind of light seems to have a bad influence on the micro vessel and make the micro circulation system in disorder.
