Abstract
目的 探讨采用双钢板内固定加自体植骨治疗肱骨中下段骨折术后骨不连的疗效.方法 自2006年7月至2011年10月共收治11例肱骨中下段骨折术后骨不连患者,全部采用LCP+重建钢板+自体植骨治疗,术后不用外固定,肘关节早期功能锻炼.结果 手术切口均一期愈合,随访时间6～18个月,平均9.6个月.骨折均愈合,愈合时间4～8个月,平均6.4个月,无内固定失败病例.依据Constant-Murley评分,11例患者术前肩关节评分22.6±4.7,术后6个月评分72.5±6.8.结论 采用LCP+重建钢板+自体植骨技术是治疗肱骨中下段骨折内固定失败后骨不连的一种有效方法.
