摘要
Objective To investigate the distribution and susceptibility of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) - solates in 2010 from CHINET surveillance. Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was carried out according to a unitied protocol using Kirby-Bauer method or automated systems. Results were analyzed according to CLSI 2010 breakpoints. Results A total of 670 CRE isolates were collected from January to December 2010, of which Klebsiella spp., E. coli and Enterobacter spp. accounted for 64.2%, 14.5% and 13.6%, respectively. Of the 670 isolates, 49.5% and 36% were from respiratory tract and ICU, respectively. The results of antimicrobial susceptibility testing indicated that the resistance rate of CRE isolates to most of antimicrobial agents was 70%-100% except amikacin (52.6%) and minocycline (37.0%). All isolates were resistant to ertapenem. The CRE isolates from adults were more resistant to ciprofloxacin, cefoperazone-sulbactam, aminoglycosides and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole than those from children. Conclusions The antibiotic resistance of CRE isolates is much higher. The disseminated CRE strains in a special region pose a serious threat to clinical practice and imply the importance of strengthening infection control.
