1株利奈唑胺耐药粪肠球菌的基因突变检测

Abstract
目的 探讨1株对利奈唑胺耐药的粪肠球菌的耐药机制.方法 从广东医学院附属深圳南山医院1例血液病患者痰标本分离出1株对利奈唑胺耐药的粪肠球菌,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法,对该菌利奈唑胺耐药的粪肠球菌23S rRNA V区域和23S rRNA 4个拷贝基因片段进行扩增和测序比对分析.结果 耐药菌株23S rRNA V区域第2576位核苷酸发生G→U突变(G2576U),4个拷贝基因片段中,除拷贝1外,其他3个拷贝均发生G2576U突变.结论 G2576U点突变是该菌株的耐药机制.
