李乃庚教授认为小儿发热应首先鉴别外感和内伤,外感发热遣方用药时注重“用药立足祛邪,方法灵活多样”的原则,并将小儿发热归为风热感冒、积滞发热、出牙热、夏季热、气虚发热、营卫不和发热等不同类型,针对不同病因病机进行辨证论治.附典型出牙热案例1则,介绍出牙热临床特点及李教授辨治小儿出牙热的经验,以资验证.
