Abstract
综述近年来国内外多轴低周疲劳研究的现状,主要评述各种基于临界面法的多轴低周疲劳寿命估算方法.基于1CrMoV高中压转子钢的拉扭比例和非比例应变控制疲劳试验,运用弹塑性有限元法对该加载条件下的试件进行分析和计算,结合试验和有限元的分析结果,检验几种临界面模型对1 CrMoV钢在复杂载荷下的低周多轴疲劳寿命预测精度.结果表明基于应变准则的Li Jing(LZH)方法和Li (LRF)方法以及基于能量准则的Varvani-Farahani(VF)和Lee(LKN)方法存在较高的精度,其中VF和LZH模型不含有经验常数,便于工程应用.
