基于半导体光放大器光判决门的光2R再生研究

Abstract
数值仿真半导体光放大器(SOA)-延迟干涉仪(DI)光判决门的功率传输曲线,给出在40 Gb/s速率以下SOA-DI光开关的再生特性,进行了10~40 Gb/s恶化信号的再生实验验证.由于SOA的交叉增益调制(XGM)极度依赖于载流子的恢复时间,在高速时,基于SOA的XGM效应的反逻辑信号存在明显的码型效应,提出基于SOA的瞬时交叉相位调制效应结合交叉增益压缩(XGC)效应的全光2R(再放大、再整形)再生方案,实现了100 Gb/s的归零(RZ)信号的全光2R再生.
