多光束干涉光谱成像技术

Abstract
法布里-珀罗(F-P)干涉仪是一种多光束干涉仪,具有极高的光谱分辨率,一般用于研究光谱的精细结构.F-P干涉仪的应用受限于自由光谱范围,如果波长超过自由光谱范围,将无法得到光谱的精细结构.基于F-P干涉仪,采用方程组来描述干涉图与光谱曲线之间的关系,并通过奇异值分解方法来解方程组,求出宽谱段范围的光谱曲线,使F-P干涉仪成为一种多光束干涉光谱成像仪,可用于遥感等领域;但奇异值分解法求解光谱曲线,对图像噪声较为敏感,通过仿真结果可以看出,干涉图噪声需控制在0.2％以内才能较好地复原出光谱曲线.
