车辆壁板声学贡献分析与降噪试验研究

Abstract
对现有壁板声学贡献分析方法进行改进,提出一种分析和评价壁板振动对整个声场声学贡献的方法.将场点总声压矢量视为声压分量在N维向量空间中的一个线性组合,并以场点声能量占声场总声能量的比重作为加权系数,将壁板对多个场点的声学贡献量进行加权求和,来表征壁板对整个声场的声学贡献.以某急救车为例,采用改进方法分析车厢壁板的声学贡献,识别对车内声场贡献较大的壁板,通过对比两种阻尼粘贴方式的降噪效果验证分析结果.在此基础上,对实车进行阻尼降噪处理,有效降低了车内多个场点的的低频噪声.
