特大圆坯浇铸水口及结晶器内流场的研究

Abstract
为提高特大断面连铸圆坯的质量,提出了一种新型旋流浇铸水口.针对φ1000mm特大圆坯,通过应用计算流体动力学和传热学原理,利用有限元工程仿真平台,对结晶器内的钢液流动和凝固传热情况进行了耦合数值分析,并对液面波动情况进行了仿真.通过模拟分析,得到了合适的水口结构参数及浇铸工艺参数,为实际生产提供了参考.
