Abstract
研究了高氮不锈轴承钢G30退火及不同温度淬火的组织特征和硬度变化.结果表明,G30钢退火后组织为粒状珠光体+氮化物;淬、回火组织主要为马氏体+未溶氮化物+残留奥氏体,未溶氮化物类型为(CrFe)2N1-x.1030℃淬回火组织中未溶第二相粒径为0.2~1.5 μm,弥散分布在马氏体基体上,消除了高碳铬不锈轴承钢中大块的共晶碳化物,对钢的耐蚀性和接触疲劳寿命十分有利.1000~ 1050℃淬火+深冷处理和回火后,G30钢的硬度达到58 HRC以上.
