高炉偏析布料料面的数值模拟

Abstract
以传统布料模型的建模思想为基础,着重对布料偏析时炉料的物理运动过程进行分析研究,建立了偏析布料数学模型.通过与传统布料模型的模拟效果对比可知,偏析布料模型能够灵活处理不同程度偏析料面的情况,能够实现整个炉喉区域的料面形状模拟,适应性较好,与传统布料模型相比,更贴近生产实际.
